Cinco de Mayo: Guacamole Recipe

I probably should have made like 3 times as much guac for company. Everyone loves it and I get asked for the recipe constantly! So here we go!

1 Large or 2 small ripe avocados - smashed
1/4-1/3 cup red onion - chopped
3-4 cloves garlic - minced
1/2-1 lime - juiced
1 Jalapeno - stemmed and seeded - minced {depending on the heat I start with 1/4 and then work my way up for more heat}
1-2 roma or plum tomatoes - chopped
1/4-1/2 cup cilantro - chopped
salt to taste
Combine and mix in a bowl! I usually taste it with a salty chip before adding salt.
Easy peasy!
