So every year my office has a chili cook-off and it's a pretty big deal. I didn't enter last year because I wanted to observe and see how intense they actually get. It's pretty intense. Like I said yesterday I had an unintentional mini chili cook-off with some friends. There were only 2 chili's and I'm pretty sure mine won. ;) It was really good and the first time I had ever made chili. So my question is what do you HAVE to have in your chili? I don't want to give the recipe out just yet but I would love some tips. Do you like it hot? Sweet? With Fritos and sour cream? Is there a 'secret' ingredient you use? Let me know!
